Young African MBAs (YAM) is an African talent initiative founded in 2012 by four MBA Alumni from Harvard, Kellogg, The Wharton School and Duke University. It is a first-mover organization on a mission to shift the current paradigm in African management talent. YAM started as an MBA-focused organization and currently boasts a membership of more than 2,500 professionals, many of whom are neither Young, African nor MBAs. This global membership shares the single objective to harness its talents in service of the Africa growth story.
