Elena joined London Business School after eight years of experience in consumer goods and retail industry. Most recently, Elena spent three years as a consultant in the Moscow office of the Boston Consulting Group. She was a core member of retail, consumer goods and automotive practice areas in BCG, helping clients in tasks like building customer intelligence, optimizing product portfolio, enhancing operating efficiency, improving promo effectiveness and many others. Before BCG Elena worked in sales analytics in major FMCG companies and participated in post-merger integration of Kraft Foods (Mondelez) and Cadbury.
